I really like photographing demonstrations - as does the unidentified police officer below apparently. People come alive as they just get a small taste of the power that collectivity and solidarity can bring about. People are fired up, strong in their convictions, proud to be making themselves heard... and it shows in the creativity and excitement that such events generate. Of course, it's not altogether 'real life'... but there is something to be learned, I think.
